With over a decade of diverse professional experience, Michelle brings a unique blend of skills to OTE. She has spent seven years honing her account management expertise at Over The Edge, where she cultivates lasting client relationships. Before that, Michelle was Director of Special Events & Corporate Giving in the non-profit sector, orchestrating impactful initiatives like hosting an OTE event that left a lasting impression. Her career journey began in the fast-paced world of media, where she contributed to morning shows across the U.S., harnessing creativity, and communication skills. All these skills allow Michelle to share best practices for hosting an Over The Edge Event and peer-to-peer fundraising events in general. Michelle’s passion lies in leveraging strategic thinking and interpersonal finesse to achieve results that matter.
Lisa Davenport
As the Growth & Strategic Partnership Rep, Lisa specializes in forging impactful connections with nonprofit partners across North America. Her mission is to understand a partner’s fundraising objectives and leverage OTE’s unique events to propel their philanthropic efforts forward. With a solid foundation in sales and relationship management, complemented by a background in business ownership, Lisa thrives on fostering meaningful collaborations that drive positive change. She excels in building trust and nurturing long-lasting connections and is dedicated to leveraging her skills for social good.
